The latest game day of the Harewood Hockey League's Season 2 saw some exhilarating matches, with the Harlon Huskies maintaining their unbeaten streak in a thrilling encounter with the Sealand Pirates.
In what was a game of high intensity, the Huskies dominated right from the start and never let up, with Ocelotek123POL scoring an impressive 30 goals in the game. The final score was a resounding 90-1 in favor of the Huskies, who have now won all eight of their games this season and look well on their way to the playoffs.
Meanwhile, the Westfield Hares also had a commanding performance against the Tryon Miners, with the Hares securing a 7-2 win. Westray was the top scorer for the Hares, with six goals, followed by thegoldenportal and NicheGuy with two goals each.
The Limaru Ligers and the Reveille Rockets also faced off in a high-scoring encounter, with the Ligers coming out on top with a 9-7 victory. FlyGuy3000 was the standout player for the Ligers, scoring an impressive nine goals, followed by Gertis7 with seven.
However, not all games went according to plan, with the Shoretrench Sailors and the Redmont Gliders both failing to show up for their respective games against the Stratham Swingers and the Vindex Coyotes.
Despite the setbacks, the HHL Season 2 is shaping up to be a thrilling one, with the playoffs just around the corner. Can anyone stop the dominant Huskies, or will they continue their unbeaten streak all the way to the grand prize of £25,000? Only time will tell.
